We will delegate our Staff at Client Site to assess the needs and challenges faced in the Cab Operations, based on the data and feedback acquired and with due consideration of all the factors mentioned below, we will provide practical and result oriented solution and the same will be implemented with the concurrence of Client.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
We strongly believe, getting feedback is a process for the improvement of the services provided. We will initiate a survey from users on the satisfaction level of the Cab services provided, as well as the arrangements on constant interval. The data generated will be taken with high priority towards indentifying the gray areas of operation and corrective measure will be taken immediately
